二、个人简介
周涛，副教授，高级程序员，研究生导师，管理学博士，中山大学访问学者，广东省民建会员。曾先后在湖南农业大学从事教学科研工作，自创公司并担任过董事长等。
深耕管理科学与工程、保险精算、人工智能、金融和社会保障等领域多年。近5年来，以第一作者或者通讯作者在顶级(TOP)期刊发表论文多篇，若干顶级(TOP)期刊论文目前已录用或者返修。在国内外相关领域的SCI、SSCI或CSSCI权威期刊发表学术论文20多篇。主持或参与纵向课题多项，参加国际国内学术会议多次。为管理科学学报，保险研究，金融研究，RFS，IME，EJOR，Neurocomputing，IRFA，IREF，RIBF等高水平期刊的匿名审稿人。省级人工智能学会、社会保险学会等学会会员或者任职；
