摘 要
We propose a new weighting function, generalized Wang transform, derived from normality invariance. This function takes various shapes, including concave, convex, S-shaped and inverse S-shaped functions, depending on the range of parameters and distinguishes the curvature and elevation of probability weighting. With this function, we prove the CAPM and Security Market Line Theorem under probability weighting by assuming risk aversion and loss aversion, respectively. Moreover, we find the overpricing of skewness through numerical analysis and provide intuitive explanations from the perspective of perceived distributions.

张顺明，中国人民大学财政金融学院教授，博士生导师，中国人民大学金融工程研究所所长, 国家杰出青年科学基金获得者, 教育部“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授。现任《系统工程理论与实践》编委、Journal of Systems Science and Information编委、《经济数学》编委、《中国证券期货》编委等。主持过国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家社会科学基金重点项目、国家杰出青年科学基金、国家自然科学基金面上项目4项、国家自然科学基金重点项目等。近期专注不确定性的最新进展，研究暧昧性与资产定价，包括金融市场有限参与的暧昧性内生因素、暧昧性与分散化投资、暧昧性与定价能力等行为金融学学术热点。在数理经济学、金融经济学、经济理论和经济政策等方面发表学术论文100多篇，发表国际期刊论文的杂志包括Journal of Mathematical Economics (1996), Mathematical Finance (2002), Economics Letters (2005), Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications (2006), Journal of Development Economics (2007), Economic Theory (2009), European Journal of Operational Research (2010), Journal of Banking and Finance (2011), World Economy (2011), Economic Modelling (2011, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2021), Journal of Financial Markets (2017, 2023), International Review of Economics and Finance (2021, 2023), Pacific-Basin Finance Journal (2022), Journal of Management Science and Engineering (2022, 2023), International Journal of Finance and Economics (2023)等，发表中文期刊论文的杂志包括《经济研究》、《经济学季刊》、《管理科学学报》、《系统工程理论与实践》、《中国管理科学》、《金融研究》、《数量经济技术经济研究》等。
国家金融学高端学术讲座
国家金融学是由原广东省副省长陈云贤教授创设的一门新兴金融学科，已经在北京大学、复旦大学、中山大学、厦门大学等十多所高校推广使用。广东财经大学是最早引入国家金融学的高校之一，《国家金融学》已经连续三年成为研究生学位课程，金融学研究生招生目录设置了国家金融学方向，并在2022年正式成为我校新增目录外二级学科，开始招收国家金融学学术学位研究生。为了进一步提升国家金融学的学术影响力，广东财经大学金融学院特开设“国家金融学高端学术讲座”，邀请国内外知名学者共同研讨交流，共同推动国家金融学学科发展。
